Bob Heath, Children's Minister
Bob came to us in August 2009. He is orginally from Middleburg, Ohio and has 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Yes, he is the baby of the family! After graduation from high school, he came to Joplin to attend Ozark Christian College and has never left. He is a graduate of Ozark Christian College.
Bob is currently the Bookstore Manager and Purchasing Agent at OCC. Bob also worked extensively in the Children and Youth ministry at North Joplin Christian Church until they closed the church in June 2008. One of his joys is to help young people learn and grow in their faith in Jesus Christ. Bob also serves the Joplin community by being a volunteer Chaplain for the Joplin Police and Fire Departments.
When he is not working at one of his jobs, he enjoys working in the yard, bike riding and raising Cocker Spaniel dogs. His favorite book of the Bible is Philippians. One of his favorite verses is Philippians 4:13 " I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength."
